Information and external links

We try to cite official sources and show when records were checked. Exam information can change, and we do not guarantee admission, selection, employment, or the continued availability of external files and websites.

Analytics and cookies

ExamCompass records page views, searches, filters, result counts, exam guides opened, pagination, and external source domains without analytics cookies. Each event uses fresh identifiers that are not reused to connect it to another event. The Google tag runs with analytics storage denied and receives these unlinked events. Feedback text remains in the feedback system and is not sent to Google Analytics. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in search.

If you choose “Allow analytics,” ExamCompass and Google Analytics use first-party cookies to recognize repeat visits and sessions. This allows those interaction events to be connected into repeat visits and sessions. You can turn analytics cookies off from the site footer.

Our event records include random visitor and session identifiers, not names, email addresses, IP addresses, or stored user-agent strings. The normal cleanup threshold is 14 months; older rows are deleted when the service processes new analytics activity or during maintenance.

Google Analytics also processes standard device, browser, and approximate location information when its tag is enabled. Google handles that data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Feedback and requests

The feedback form stores the request type, optional exam name, message, page, and submission time so we can improve the directory. It does not ask for contact details. Please do not enter passwords or sensitive personal information. The normal feedback cleanup threshold is 24 months; older messages are removed during later submissions or maintenance.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the forms, interfere with the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or use ExamCompass to misrepresent official exam information. External content remains subject to its publisher’s terms and rights.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Use the feedback form in the site footer for privacy questions, corrections, and data requests.
